## Onboarding and Compliance

- Sign up requirements: A valid business email is required to create a Giftbit account. Personal email domains (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) are not accepted..
- KYB Requirements: Business verification is required before sending rewards at scale. Giftbit collects standard Know Your Business (KYB) documentation including legal business name, registration number, address, and beneficial ownership information. Requirements may vary by send volume and country.
- Identity Verification: High-volume senders and API users may be subject to additional identity verification steps. Contact the Giftbit team to understand what applies to your program.
- Fraud prevention and delayed orders: Orders flagged by Giftbit's fraud prevention system may be held for review. Orders placed outside of business hours may not be reviewed until the next business day.
