Yes, Giftbit's default breakage sharing is 25%, so if you send a Promotional Reward (with a claim-by date) and the reward goes unspent, Giftbit will refund your account %25.

For a larger share of the breakage, custom pricing will need to be set up with Giftbit team.

Yes. Giftbit is a B2B platform, so account registration requires a business email address. Personal email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) are not accepted. Make sure to sign up with your company or organization email to get started.
As part of regulatory compliance, Giftbit sometimes requires additional information to support Know Your Business (KYB) verification before your account is fully activated. This is a standard identity and legitimacy check on your organization. You may be asked to provide details about your business during or after registration.
When you first access the Giftbit API, you'll be working in a test environment. To move to production and send real rewards, you'll need to request a production API key. Reach out to the Giftbit team if you need help transitioning from test to production.
It's not uncommon for a first, or an unusually large order, to be temporarily held for a security review. This is a routine measure to protect both businesses and recipients.
